Woolwich Walk and Talk

Some of the best conversations happen while you are walking. Join us for a gentle stroll along the Thames, in a small group, at a pace that suits you.

  • Free and open to everyone. You do not need to be a current volunteer or VCG member.

  • No fitness level required.

  • No need to have any interest in volunteering. Come along simply for the walk, the company, or both.

What to expect

  • A gentle walk along the Thames in Woolwich, at a pace everyone can manage

  • A friendly group, including VCG staff and volunteers

  • A chance to talk, share, and enjoy the borough

  • Information about volunteering opportunities if you are interested, with no pressure to take it further
