This workshop gives you a good understand the mentoring relationship. It looks at the relationship between a mentor and mentee, the boundaries, setting goal and how to achieve positive outcomes

This workshop is good for people working or volunteering in mentoring but also a good entry into the level 2 mentoring accredited training leading into counselling NVQ qualifications
